HOW TO USE

1. Prepare Your Feet

• Soak your feet in warm water for 10–15 minutes to soften calluses and rough skin.
• Add Epsom salt or a foot soak solution for extra softening.

2. Dry Your Feet

• Pat your feet dry with a towel before filing. The file works best on slightly damp or dry skin, not overly wet.

3. Use the Foot File

• Hold the file at a comfortable angle.
• Start gently rubbing the rough areas in a back-and-forth motion.
• Focus on heels, the balls of the feet, and sides of the toes where calluses build up.
• Apply gentle pressure at first and increase as needed.
• Avoid over-filing to prevent irritation or sensitivity.

4. Rinse & Moisturize

• Rinse your feet and pat them dry.
• Apply a moisturizing foot cream or oil to keep your skin soft.
• For best results, wear cotton socks after applying lotion to lock in moisture.

5. Clean & Store the Foot File

• Rinse the file with warm water and soap after each use.
• Sanitize it with rubbing alcohol or disinfectant spray.
• Allow it to air dry before storing in a clean place.
