INSTRUCTION

Before Use:

1. Ensure your feet are clean and dry. For best results, soak them in warm water for 5–10 minutes to soften calluses and rough skin.
2. Choose the appropriate side of the foot file:
   • Coarse side: For removing tough calluses and thick, dry skin.
   • Medium side: For smoothing and refining the skin after exfoliation.

How to Use:

1. Hold the foot file firmly and gently rub the coarse side over rough or callused areas using back-and-forth motions.
2. Switch to the fine side to smooth out the skin and achieve a soft finish.
3. Avoid excessive pressure to prevent skin irritation.

After Use:

1. Rinse your feet with water and apply moisturizer or foot cream to keep your skin hydrated.
2. Clean the foot file under running water and let it dry before storing.
3. Replace the pad when it becomes worn out. To replace:
   • Peel off the used pad.
   • Align and firmly press a new pad onto the foot file.

Caution:

• Do not use on broken or irritated skin.
• If discomfort or irritation occurs, discontinue use.
• Keep out of reach of children.
