    Not the best essie's top coat

    I've read a lot of reviews before to buy this top coat. All the girls were agreed to say the same thing : IT NEVER DRIES. I wanted to make my own opinion about it, so I bought it. Now, I can say the same thing, it never dries, UNLESS you use drying drops or a bomb fixer. For me, even with drying drops (quick-e from essie), I wake up every morning after I have done my mani with some beautiful sheets marks on my nails. Now, I use a bomb fixer and it is much better, BUT, I can still see that the bomb fixer has fought tough, because there is some light sheets marks even so. However, it's a good choice for the brilliance. But Good to go is better.
