A.1 Eyelash Extensions are a new product that extend your natural eyelashes. The lash extensions look and feel identical to the natural lashes.

Q.2 HOW DOES THE EXTENSION PERFORMED?
A.2 A Synthetic lash is applied one by one to your natural lashes.

Q.3 DOES EYELASH EXTENSION MADE MY NATURAL LASH FALL OUT?
A.3 NO. The Extension will not make your natural lash fall out, your natural eyelash will fall through out 
the cycle ,the cycle of your natural lash is between 60-100 days. When the natural eyelash falls out it takes 
about 30 days before they grow back. Eyelash extension fill-ins are recommended every 3-4 weeks since eyelashes will fall and grow out through out the cycle.

Q.4 HOW DO I TAKE CARE MY EYELASH EXTENSION?
A.4 Eyelash Extension are very easily maintained.
Avoid rubbing pulling & touching your Extension Eyelash.
Do not apply Mascara.
Do not use any oil base cleanser product around eyelash extension, only water base cleansers.

Q.5 CAN I CURL EYELASH EXTENSION?
A.5 Not Recommended at all .The extension lashes already come with a beautiful curl to it .

Q.6 IS THE EYELASH EXTENSION GLUE ON MY SKIN?
A.6 No ,the extension lashes are bonded to your natural lashes and about 5mm away from the skin, neither
the glue or eyelash extensions ever come in contract your skin.

Q.7 WHAT I NEED TO DO BEFORE I COME IN FOR EYELASH EXTENSIONS?
AND HOW LONG SHOULD THE PROCEDURE TAKE?
A.7 You should clean your eyelashes with water base cleanser ,remove your contract lenses and no make-up should be
around the eye area. The procedure should take approximately 60-90 minutes for full set, refill 30-60 minutes.

Q.8 CAN EYELASH EXTENSIONS BE REMOVED?
A.8 Yes, at any time for any reason .They can be removed by using a special formulated remover.

Q.9 IS A PATCH TEST REQUIRED TO CHECK FOR SKIN REACTION?
A.9 NO, because the lashes and bonding agent never come in contact with skin, therefore, no patch 
test required.
