All returns must be in the original packaging with manual and warranty card. Customer is responsible for shipping charges plus insurance (if applicable) when   returning good/s to us.

All incomplete returns (missing parts) or After 15 days of invoice are subject to a minimum 20% restocking.  Please call customer service at (404)363-2933 to obtain a return authorization number. Return without a RA# will NOT be accepted. Do not send return C.O.D.
Note : After 45 days no exchange , No returns .

Non-Returnable Product:
Special Order, custom Order, and private label products are not returnable.

Special or Private Label Order:
30% of total order will need to deposit for  private label order and special order. The deposit will not be returned if you cancel the order.

Apply to Small, Medium, and Large Flat Rate Box Shipping Type - for Paypal Customers:
There will be $4.00 fees if you continuing pay by Paypal when you already have been inform by E-mail that either you correct the amount and pay, or submit the order and wait for us to make a money request through paypal. If you keep on submitting the order and pay the total amount in cart, we will charge you.

Payment:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Prepaid (Money Order, Check) and Wire Transfer Fund (subject to US$30.00 fee).

Freight:
Freight will be added at the time of shipment.

Warranty:
Only such warranties as are made by the manufacturer of the goods are available to the buyer.

Error and Limited Quantity:
We reserve the right to limit quantities and correct print or illustration error. Some pictures for illustration purpose only.

Trans Design, Incorporation has been the distributor for the following line of nail products: EzFlow, IBD, China Glaze, Gigi, Gena, Clean and Easy, Prolinc, Body Drench, Super Nail, and Ardell.  This means that Trans Design receives product straight from its distributor(s) without going through any middleman.  Thus, Trans Design reserves all rights given by the distributor(s) to distribute aforementioned lines of products accordingly.  Trans Design, Inc.  will also be responsible to its products within the appropriate warranties given to the products.  Therefore, Trans Design, Inc. will replace or repay the consumers for products that are expired, damaged in transit, or electronically flawed if it so happened that such products were obtain from the company.
